About Us

Edile is an experiment. We love urban, innovation, business, technology, culture, loud music, good food, baseball, cycling, and design. We drink too much coffee. We believe Pittsburgh can be amazing, and we want to do our part to make sure it is by seeding great development projects that support entrepreneurs, creators, and bold ideas. We believe Pittsburgh isn't ten years behind but 20 years ahead. We're super excited to be a small part in the evolution of a great American city.

What We Do

Edile works in close collaboration with great partners to envision and execute development projects. We believe in real estate as infrastructure for living, and strive to identify specific opportunities to bring national or international ideas to a very local scale. Right now we're heavily focused on Pittsburgh's East Liberty neighborhood. We've putting many different eggs in one basket, turning up the heat, and waiting to see what hatches.
